 AL/Ex™ is an LRU exchange service for the airline segment. The program was designed in response to the customers' request for this service. The program covers a specific list of Honeywell avionics products upon availability. Available support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the Customer Response Center and 12 worldwide depots ensures that your Honeywell-equipped aircraft will be returned to service promptly and efficiently. Parts ship the same day as the request or within 24 hours. Honeywell units carry all mandatory modifications, are updated with the latest reliability modifications while in the repair cycle, and include a one-year warranty. |
