WarrantyHoneywell provides a variety of Warranty services for our Customers, whether it be applicable to OEM installed Honeywell products delivered in a new aircraft, customer installed products, or Customer Services, such as exchange programs, or the repair of a product by one of our worldwide Support Centers.

The specific terms and conditions of the Warranty may vary between the various transactions listed above, but in general the Warranty Statement applies. Please contact your OEM service facility, or call Honeywell's Warranty Administration department if you have any questions pertaining to warranty.

A Honeywell Warranty Specialist will provide assistance with the following:
  Warranty Inquiry
  Warranty Registration
  Processing customer warranty claims for prompt payment
  Warranty Claim Status
  Extended Warranty, Bendix-King products**

To ensure receiving prompt and courteous Warranty service, please keep Honeywell apprised of the following:
  Change of address
  Installed equipment configuration
  A/C registration number changes
  Change in registered ownership

Warranty Statement
Honeywell warrants that any product provided will, at the time of delivery, conform to all applicable specifications and drawings, and be free of defects in material and workmanship. Honeywell's obligation under this warranty, however, shall be limited, at Honeywell's option, to the repair of, or replacement of any article which is returned to Honeywell within the stipulated warranty period.

EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN, NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL APPLY TO THE ARTICLES FURNISHED HEREUNDER. HONEYWELL SHALL HAVE NO OTHER OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY, WHETHER UNDER THE SPECIFIC ORDER OR OTHERWISE, ON ACCOUNT OF SUCH ARTICLES. IN NO EVENT SHALL HONEYWELL BE LIABLE FOR THE LOSS OF USE OR FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE

For warranty claims, all units must be sent collect to shop using United Parcel Service (UPS) as the preferred method.
