 The B737-600/700/800/900 Flight Control Computer (FCC) provides control and guidance in the pitch and roll axes, and performs warning functions, and automatic pitch trim.
The FCC includes both Flight Director (F/D) and Autopilot (A/P) functions for all phases of flight. The Honeywell B737 Mode Control Panel (MCP) is compatible with all B737 systems. The A/P is designed to meet Category IIIA landing criteria when operating in Dual Channel Mode.
