 Pegasus Upgrade
Honeywell brings the latest Pegasus technology and features to the existing A340 fleet at a fraction of the cost of new systems. This upgrade provides equivalent capability to new production aircraft by replacing the hardware card assemblies in the existing Flight Management Computer to host the new software feature set. Minimum aircraft changes and keeping existing MCDUs allow for quick installation and realization of operational benefits sooner.
Crew re-training is minimized, and with the latest in product familiarization tools, your pilots will be able to sharpen current functionality while mastering the forward-fit capabilities required in the emerging Communication, Navigation, Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) environment.
