 Honeywell continues to be a leader in the delivery and support of standard intermediate/depot-level testers for the DoD community. Our systems support analog, digital, electronic warfare, and radar--both line and shop replaceable units--across a variety of weapon system platforms, including the B-52, C-130, C-141, F-15 and F-16. A world-class workforce is available to provide upgrades, modifications and new instrumentation as the needs arise. Further detail is provided below on some of our key systems. |
| Analog Test Station (ATS) | | The Honeywell ATS is known as the worldwide standard analog avionics tester. |
| Digital Test Station (DTS) | | The depot, digital avionics tester, is known as the worldwide standard tester for the F-16. |
| Electronic Test Set (ETS) | | The AN/USM-603 ETS supports intermediate-level testing of the AN/ALQ-117/172 electronic warfare system on military aircraft. |
| TEWS Intermediate Support System (TISS) | | The AN/ALM-246 TISS support intermediate-level testing of the electronic warfare system. |
| Universal Avionics Tester (UAT) | | The UAT is a state-of-the-art re-configurable test system designed to support analog/digital, RF/microwave, video/optical, navigation/communications and air data LRUs and SRUs. Its open architecture is based on a VXI bus structure that supports COTS/NDI instruments and uses an Intel Pentium III controller that hosts Windows 95 or NT operating systems. The full range of Test Program Set development tools, training, and sustaining engineering is available through Honeywell. |
| F-15 AIS | | The F-15 Avionics Intermediate System is a full set of test stations: microwave, display, computer, manual, and enhanced aircraft radar test stations. Modernization efforts have kept these test stations current and compatible with the weapon system platforms throughout the world. |
| Bench Test Set (BTS) | Honeywell provides off-aircraft, manual (CH47) and automatic (CH46) test sets in support of the CH46 and CH47 flight control systems (computers, control panels and actuators). New build, spares and repairs for these units are available.
CH46 Bench Test Set (UG3068AA03)
The CH46 Bench Test Set is a portable automatic test set that provides the means to functionally test and fault isolate the AFCS computers, Control Panel and ASE Actuators. Honeywell repairs and supports this product.
CH47 Bench Test Set
The CH47 Bench Test Set is a portable manual test set that provides the means to functionally test and fault isolate the AFCS computers, Control Panel and ASE Actuators. Honeywell provides new build, repair, and spares for this unit. |
