|  The LORI Heat Transfer Center of Excellence in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is a leading provider of Honeywell and non-Honeywell heat transfer and electric power repair and overhaul to the aviation aftermarket. LORI also has full manufacturing capability and is an OEM for several commercial and general aviation heat transfer products.
LORI pioneered the development of the Recore® process, which returns non-serviceable units to zero-time, serviceable condition by replacing the damaged core with a newly manufactured core. We provide complete on-site support for design, analysis, repair development and service solutions for the aviation aftermarket industry. |
Full Service Capabilities
LORI Heat Transfer is an FAA-designated alteration station with on-site Designated Engineering Representatives (DERs), allowing for quick FAA certification of repair development efforts. Our product support engineers assist customers with technical issues, trouble-shooting and general questions. With one of the best Turn Around Time (TAT) records in the industry, we help you maximize aircraft utilization.
Our extensive manufacturing capabilities allow us to manufacture most of the cores used in our Recore® process in house, which helps to control quality, reduce cost, and improve TAT to our customers.
Recore® Process
LORI Heat Transfer is the developer of the Recore® process, which returns non-serviceable units to zero-time, serviceable condition. This promotes quality repairs and reutilization of detail components that would otherwise be scrapped. Each part is inspected and repaired to rigid specifications and are FAA-approved, where applicable.
The Recore® process helps minimize your cost of operation, overhead expenses, and capital expenditures, while providing the highest degree of operational readiness.
Aircraft on Ground
LORI Heat Transfer provides Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our AOG hotline assures you receive an immediate, expert response to your situation. Services include expedited turn-times, free of charge advanced exchanges depending on the platform, and the resources to facilitate the purchase of replacement units. Honeywell AOG resources are positioned around the world, and maintain a comprehensive stock of Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) to keep your aircraft in service.
