Let us show you how fast we can be!
The Honeywell Fast Shop was established to provide customers competitively priced component repairs at reduced turn times, while maintaining the highest quality available in the aviation industry. In response to the often urgent request for service, we've instituted the concept of limited repairs which allows our customers to manage their maintenance costs while completing the necessary repairs to keep their aircraft in ready condition. |
| We're easy to find. The Fast Shop is located in the same facility as Honeywell's Overhaul & Repair operations in Phoenix, AZ, Repair Station ZN3R030M. Due to the large volume of work that arrives at our receiving dock, we recommend the following guidelines be used in order to ensure prompt attention to your component hardware: |
NOTIFICATION Alerting the Fast Shop Administrator of your shipment IN ADVANCE VIA FAX using a copy of your purchase order will ensure prompt attention to your components. Be sure to include all pertinent information, including part number off/on, serial number, hours and cycles, description of the hardware, specific work scope to be performed, waybill information, the carrier, and the anticipated date of arrival at our facility. |
IDENTIFICATION To alert our receiving personnel that an urgent shipment has arrived, ALL Fast Shop HARDWARE must have an orange and yellow Fast Shop sticker on the OUTSIDE of the shipping container. The labels can be obtained from the Fast Shop Administrator. In lieu of the labels, please write "Attn: Fast Shop" on the waybill sticker and package until labels can be sent to your facility. |
CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS For each component, pre-inspection and specific work instructions are required. Consequently, the customer determines the scope of the repair and will be contacted if any additional repair work is required. Honeywell will issue a limited 8130 tag to each part certifying the requested repair is complete. Hardware that requires a full manual inspection or overhaul 8130 tag should be processed through your assigned Repair Administrator. |
SHIPPING The use of Federal Express Priority One allows the hardware to begin the repair process early in our production day. The use of other carriers can be accommodated, but may delay the start of repairs due to late afternoon arrivals. |
