The History Everything began in 1914, when the search was on for answers to a law issued in 1909 by the German government, that specified two independent braking systems for every vehicle. As an improvement of the customary wooden brake blocks and leather covered brake pads of the time, an efficient brake strap was presented. Six years later, as one of the first suppliers, the company manufactured new, pressed brake pads under the name JURID. |
