PATENT SCORECARD HAS HONEYWELL AMONG TOP INNOVATORS IN CHEMICALS

The Patent Board™ – the leading independent provider of tools and metrics for patent analysis and intellectual-property investing – has released the Chemicals Patent Scorecard™, with Honeywell listed as one of the top 10 innovators in the industry.

The Patent Scorecard was published in the February 26 issue of The Wall Street Journal’s Money and Investing section and in the Markets Data Center on wsj.com. It uses The Patent Board’s industry-standard data and proprietary analytical tools to assess patent value and ranks companies worldwide in 17 industry sectors, including chemicals. The top 10 chemical companies, in rank order, were DuPont, 3M, BASF, Rohm and Hass, General Electric, Mitsubishi, Nitto Denko, Shin-Etsu, Honeywell, and Henkel.
