Native Village Adoption

Based on the premise that everyone likes to remember their roots, is the immensely successful Native Village Adoption Program run by employees of Honeywell Technology Solutions in Bangalore.  Nearly 100 villages across South India benefit from this program where employees actively involve themselves in infrastructure development projects for their villages such as improving infrastructure in schools, building roads, drains, water tank, etc,.   

Applications are invited from Honeywell employees who would like to create or improve living conditions at their native places, which are then scrutinized, after which the necessary finances are sanctioned. Then the employees participate in the entire life cycle of the project to ensure that the maximum value filters down.
