There is no particular dress code for attending an interview. However it is always advisable to be neatly and smartly turned out as it is nice to leave behind a good impression and they do say, ‘clothes make the man’.

HTSL’s customers are located in the US and employees interact with them very regularly. Honeywell Employees are encouraged to go visit customers to get a better grip and understanding of the Voice of Customer. Moreover, project needs also dictate the opportunities for employees to go abroad.

What are the documents that I will need to carry for an interview?

Are employees ‘on the bench’ once they join HTSL?
Every employee who joins HTSL is instantly assigned a project; a specific team from a particular domain and the team lead then take care of the induction of the new team member. The new joinee is very soon inducted.

What is the period of probation?
All employees undergo 6 months of probation after which, the team lead and project lead evaluate the performance and recommend that the team member be converted into a ‘confirmed’ employee.

HTSL is located in one of the prime developed areas of Bangalore where every amenity is available easily and affordably. Schools, hospitals, colleges, accommodation, clubs, eating places, are all within a radius of 5–7 kms.
