Platform Logistics & Depot Services
	HTSI depot services support the U.S. Military to sustain weapon systems, manage commodity materiel, and conduct repair and upgrades.  Partnering with the depot, teams deploy Lean Six Sigma methodologies and use advanced repair techniques to make equipment perform better and operate at lower cost. The result extends platform life. Our depot partnering agreements are flexible and characterized by different levels of shared responsibilities between the public and private sectors.  Depot Services offered  are comprehensive; including maintenance, asset processing and repair, data management, system configuration management and other logistics support.
