HMR2300 Smart Digital Magnetometers Honeywell magnetometers provide an excellent means of measuring both magnetic field intensity and direction. Low cost, high sensitivity, fast response, small size, and reliability are advantages over other magnetometer alternatives. With extremely low magnetic field sensitivity (<70 micro-gauss, <7 nano-Tesla) capability and a user configurable command set, the HMR2300 solves a variety of problems in custom applications. Possible magnetometer applications include process control, laboratory instrumentation, anomaly detection, traffic and vehicle detection, security systems, compassing, magnetic ink recognition, current sensing, and motion detection.
Honeywell magnetometers use our proven Anisotropic Magneto-Resistive (AMR) sensors to measure both magnetic field intensity and direction. These solutions offer both static and alternating field measurements up to 5MHz and permit magnetometer designs emphasizing advantages of small size, high sensitivity, fast response, small size, low cost, and reliability over other magnetometer alternatives. |
HMR2300r Three Axis Strapdown Magnetometer The Honeywell strapdown magnetometer provides an excellent drop-in alternative that will replace conventional fluxvalve sensors, commonly used in aviation systems today. As opposed to fluxvalve sensors, our strapdown magnetometers have no moving parts that can damage or wear out during severe flight conditions. Since our magnetometers are highly reliable, they will reduce your maintenance and repair cost. Honeywell magnetometers offer low cost, high sensitivity, fast response, and a reliable alternative to mechanical or other magnetometer systems. With extremely low magnetic field sensitivity and a user configurable command set, the HMR2300R solves a variety of problems in non-gimbaled applications. Our magnetometers are compliant with requirements for military and commercial flight systems. | |
