Honeywell’s Integrated Service Solution program is a comprehensive support package that meets the needs of the regional and air transport markets. ISS incorporates maintenance, logistics and access to spare equipment into a single package, providing operators with what they need, when they need it and where they need it to be. ISS ensures that spares are available when your need arises. Our extensive network of Service Centers enables us to repair units and return them to service quickly. Our logistics network enables us to strategically stage ready-to-use equipment where you need it. Under this program, Honeywell manages all the logistics, repair and inventory for the spare equipment required to support your fleet – all included in predictable periodic payments. |
| How does it work? | | Honeywell stocks equipment at your designated facility and ensures equipment is available in our exchange pool. You pay one invoice for the support of your fleet operation. As removals occur, replacements are provided from the inventory on site or from Honeywell’s held inventory. Any required repairs are performed quickly and the equipment is restaged for future use. |

| Minimize Capital Investment | | Integrated Service Solution alleviates the burden of up-front capital investment and provides a financing solution for spares. Under the ISS program, spares will be provided to the operator to support critical dispatch needs. Additional equipment will be held within Honeywell facilities to support the rapid exchange of removed aircraft equipment. |
| Maintenance Service | | Utilizing our comprehensive network of Service Centers, Honeywell will perform any repairs required on program equipment, ensuring that it quickly returns to a serviceable position within the program. Through the utilization of Honeywell maintenance, we ensure that the equipment is maintained to the highest possible standards by factory-trained technicians and includes all of the latest reliability modifications. |
| Logistics Service | | While critical spares are staged within your facility, Honeywell will provide additional spares from within our network that are required to support your entire fleet. By using Honeywell’s logistics and asset tracking systems, we ensure that the equipment efficiently moves between stocking locations and repair centers. The program is administered under one monthly invoice. Services include spares, repair management and logistics/asset management. |
