To provide Honeywell customers access to state-of-the-art radiation hardened magneto-resistive random access memory (MRAM) non-volatile memory technology, Honeywell licensed Motorola's MRAM technology. The agreement will accelerate Honeywell's ability to develop radiation-hardened MRAM non-volatile memory, making it the first memory chip capable of providing data stability in the harsh operating environments of space, including for satellite and military applications. |
