Integrated Fire and Gas Solutions |  | Honeywell's integrated fire and gas solution encompasses a gamut of products from its fire and gas portfolio, each performing a partial task, but linked to a fire and gas safety PLC (up to SIL 3) to provide a more coherent response to emergency situations. Good functioning of the links between these systems as well as correct monitoring of these links is essential to a reliable response to emergencies. The fire and gas safety system is also integrated with the total plant control system (DCS), making use of existing and proven communication networks.
