Honeywell Specialty Films' Moisture Barrier Calculator helps you determine the precise moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) of a blister designed exactly for the dosage form of your product. The Calculator will tell you the rate in milligrams per day at each of the ICH conditions -25°C/60%RH, 30°C/60%RH and 40°C/75%RH - as well as at the European standard of 38°C/90%RH.

The calculator helps you see beyond the numbers, too, by tapping Specialty Films' collective experience acquired through decades of solving film and pharmaceutical packaging challenges. Our engineers use your input to calculate an MVTR. In their report you will receive a layout and dimensions of the blister designed for the geometry of your dosage form.
