The Yale Chief Executive Leadership Institute honored Honeywell Chairman and CEO Darius Adamczyk with the Legend in Leadership award. The award was created 25 years ago to honor current and former CEOs, who serve as living legends to inspire other executives across industries, sectors, and nations. Yale recognized Honeywell's environmental, social, and governance progress and commitment to continued evolution within the space.

Labrador, a leading global communications firm specializing exclusively in corporate disclosure documents,  announced the winners of the fourth annual U.S. Transparency Awards. The rankings compare the efficacy of corporate disclosure documents among the S&P 250¹ – the nation’s largest companies based on market capitalization.

Honeywell was recognized as a Bronze employer in the India Workplace Equality Index 2023, India's only benchmarking tool to measure progress on LGBTQ+ inclusion at the workplace.

Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s U.S. Corporate Equality Index is the national benchmarking tool on corporate policies, practices and benefits pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer employees. Honeywell achieved a top score of 100 earning the coveted “Equality 100 Award.”

Honeywell has been named a 2023 Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion by Disability:IN and the American Association of People with Disabilities.

Honeywell Mexico was awarded the "Best Places to Work LGBTQ+ 2023" certification in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s (HRCF) sixth annual HRC Equidad MX: Programa Global de Equidad Laboral, a survey evaluating LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion within major Mexican businesses and multinationals.

At the Disability:IN conference, Honeywell's Josh Pascoe and Lisa Bickel were named recipients of the 2022 ERG Executive Sponsor of the Year Award.

Data is compiled from a variety of publicly available sources and each measure is weighted accordingly for each category. Only companies with the highest scores have earned the Women’s Choice Award.

At the 48^th National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Convention, Honeywell was recognized during the Golden Torch Awards ceremony as the National Partner of the Year for its NSBE Integrated Pipeline Program. Cheya Dunlap, Chief Inclusion and Diversity Officer, accepted the award on behalf of the corporation. The program is part of a three-year partnership with NSBE that focuses on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education for youth, collegiate scholarships, and supporting professional development. Honeywell made offers to more than 80 students this year. More than 60 Honeywell employees participated in the National Convention as panelists, recruiters, interviewers, hiring managers, and brand ambassadors.

Honeywell received the Rainbow Tick certification in New Zealand for its work in creating an open, diverse and inclusive workplace environment for employees in the LGBTTQIA+ communities. The Rainbow Tick program is a continual quality improvement program designed to support workplace Inclusion & Diversity for members of the LGBTTQIA+ communities.

TM recognizes Cheya Dunlap, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Honeywell as a 2022 Top 100 Diversity Officer. The Top Diversity Officers award highlights the efforts of officers who possess the leadership skills and counsel to initiate new and deepen preexisting diversity and inclusion initiatives and provide innovative solutions to strategically prioritize developing and advocating for diverse talent.

Savoy Magazine recognized Deborah Flint and Robin C. Washington as one of our 2021 Most Influential Black Corporate Directors. The Savoy 2021 Most Influential Black Corporate Directors edition is published every five years. Savoy is the largest black professional media platform in the U.S., working with Fortune 1000 companies throughout the country to champion diversity in corporate America.
