Honeywell Law Department Recognized for Advancing Women Attorneys

Honeywell’s Law Department has received the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL) 2014 President’s Award. The award is a “special recognition of an organization that has championed policies, programs and procedures to retain, promote and advance women attorneys.”
Honeywell’s Law Department was recognized for its diversity initiatives, including championing the company’s Women’s Council, a Diversity Council that drives enterprise approaches to retaining and developing diverse talent, and leadership in appointing women general counsels and heads of the department’s IP litigation, litigation, licensing, and privacy functions.
In addition, NAWL honored the company for extending its diversity commitment to outside counsel and partnering with firms that are equally committed to increasing diversity in the profession.
