Dave Cote Participates in India U.S. CEO Forum With President Obama and Prime Minister Modi

U.S. President Barack Obama and India Prime Minister Narendra Modi met with U.S. and India business leaders this week to discuss how the two countries can work together to increase partnership and cooperation and remove barriers to doing business.
U.S. business leaders, including Cote, Robert Iger of Disney, Indira Nooyi of Pepsico and Ajay Banga of Mastercard, and India business leaders, including Cyrus Mistry of Tata Sons, Mukesh Ambani of Reliance Industries and Anand Mahindra of Mahindra & Mahindra, focused on trade and economic issues that will drive inclusive and sustainable economic growth in both the countries.
"We can work together to develop new technologies to help India leap forward and partner in next generation clean energy projects and upgrade railways, roads, ports, airports and broadband connectivity to provide best connectivity to the world," Obama said.
"You will find environment that is not only open, but also welcoming. We will guide you and walk with you in projects. You will find a climate that encourages investment and rewards enterprise. It will nurture innovation and protect your intellectual property,” said Modi.
