2020 Women On Boards is a national campaign dedicated to increasing the percentage of women on US corporate boards to 20% or greater by 2020. The campaign's goal is to redefine successful corporate governance, gender diversity standards, and create a cultural imperative for corporate action.
Each year, 2020 Women on Boards organizes National Conversation events across the United States and other countries to advance the discussion on how to achieve better female representation in corporate boardrooms.
