The services can be accessed through a web portal or mobile application and is ideal for customers that have vacation homes, investment properties or multi-site businesses.At the center of Total Connect Comfort Services is the RedLINK™ Internet Gateway, a modem-like device that connects wirelessly to any RedLINK Comfort System and to a user's Internet router. Once a system is connected, users can view and change system settings, view and set the temperature, view the indoor and outdoor humidity, access multiple thermostats in a zoned system and receive automatic upgrades as new, additional features become available.
