Honeywell ranked #3 in the industrial/manufacturing sector of Security Magazine’s 2015 Security 500. The benchmarking survey measures the security frontrunners and thought-leaders in a given industry, based on data-related key metrics.
This year, the critical issues were cybersecurity, workplace violence/active shooter prevention, investigations, supply chain, security technology and integration, and budget. Honeywell has ranked in the Top 5 of the industrial/manufacturing sector eight of the last nine years.
“This award is a reflection of the hard work and determination put forth every day by countless talented individuals, enabling great accomplishments in 2015. We continue to push security concepts further up the value stream by designing them into our products, processes, and solutions. I have no doubt 2016 will be even better,” said Shaun Marion, Vice President of Global Security at Honeywell.
