Since its launch in 2014, Honeywell’s Assurance 360 services program has transformed control system maintenance and operations at industrial plants around the world. The Assurance 360 program is part of Honeywell’s Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) portfolio of technologies that go beyond traditional transactional approaches to maintenance and support that prescribe quantities of materials or labor.
Through the tiered program, plants have reduced overall incidents, improving uptime and productivity, by as much as 40 percent. Assurance 360 was also designed to help facilities reduce production waste by up to 30 percent, cutting operating expenses and increasing output. These improvements help plants reduce their total cost of ownership by up to 20 percent.
