The 23-story, 313,000 square-foot facility located in Charlotte's Legacy Union site integrates our latest capabilities for building controls, fire and life safety, security, energy and carbon management, and indoor air quality (IAQ). This enables the building to responsively adapt to real-time conditions, efficiently supporting goals such as LEED certification.
The building’s automation is anchored by Honeywell Forge, an enterprise software ecosystem that uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) algorithms to optimize performance, helping to deliver operational efficiencies and meet energy performance goals.
