Eric Fraysse is a vice president and the general manager of the Aftermarket global business enterprise for Honeywell Transportation Systems. Appointed to this position in September 2015, he is responsible for all TS business in the Independent Aftermarket (IAM) and Original Equipment Service (OES) channels, as well as its Friction Materials business (FMP). He is based at the TS global headquarters in Rolle, Switzerland, and reports to TS CEO and President Olivier Rabiller.
Fraysse, 48, leads Honeywell’s efforts to deploy its differentiated product strategy and drive breakthrough growth initiatives in the aftermarket. These efforts focus on strengthening distribution channel management, continuing the launch of new products and expanding business around the world into new segments. In addition, he ensures the global sharing of best practices driving sales growth and marketing excellence.
Fraysse joined Honeywell in May 2009 as the process and initiatives director for TS Sourcing. He was named a vice president and member of the TS leadership team in 2012.
Prior to joining Honeywell, Fraysse spent nearly 15 years with Renault Nissan in Slovenia, France and Brazil serving finally as the purchasing director of Dacia, Renault’s fastest-growing brand. He also held leadership positions in Covisint, an internet marketplace created by global North American and European original equipment manufacturers, specializing in delivering sourcing and collaboration services for the automotive industry.
Fraysse holds a master‘s degree from Lyon Business School with a major in management of technology. He is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
