Aparajita Kapoor is a general manager driving the adoption of Solstice. Get to know more about what she does and her advice for Futureshapers – and the next generation.

    What do you do?

I work very closely with the sales team, commercial teams and customers to bring to market low global-warming-potential materials that power cooling systems in buildings and other applications, like insulation for homes.

Learning and understanding different aspects of product technology, regulations, supply chain, sales, marketing, finance and strategy has always kept things interesting and challenging.

What led you in a career in technology?

I specialized in computer science when I did my engineering degree and have always enjoyed writing algorithms and cracking code. Even though I changed tracks and went into business management, solving problems of any nature is truly what I enjoy and thrive on.

What does being a Futureshaper mean to you?

If you can't change your circumstances, then change your perspective. If you have the vision, drive and ambition to want to change things around you, then you're a Futureshaper.
