Billal M. Hammoud

President and CEO, Process Technology

Billal Hammoud is President and CEO of Process Technology at Honeywell Technologies. As a global technology leader, the business delivers process technologies and connected digital solutions that help customers improve efficiency, productivity, reliability and safety while supporting responsible energy expansion.

Billal previously served as President and CEO of Building Automation (BA) where he advanced the company’s building technologies portfolio, including significant advances in the Forge Connected Buildings platform. In this role, he led a global business focused on building products, software and services to address safety, security, energy management as well as the growing shortage of skilled labor.

Before leading BA, Billal served as President and General Manager of Smart Energy and Thermal Solutions for Honeywell Technologies, where he led a portfolio focused on energy management, electrification and thermal solutions. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles including Vice President and General Manager of Thermal Solutions and Vice President and General Manager of Combustion Controls, building a strong track record of driving growth, operational performance and customer-focused innovation across industrial and energy-related markets.

Outside of Honeywell Technologies, Billal held a range of business, sales, program management and engineering leadership roles. Across these positions, he developed broad experience leading global teams, scaling commercial and operational capabilities and translating complex customer needs into differentiated solutions.

Billal holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University in Michigan, USA.
