    Honeywell To Increase Dividend By 10% Effective In Fourth Quarter 2018

    MORRIS PLAINS, N.J., Sept. 28, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Honeywell (NYSE: HON) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a 10% increase in the company's regular annual cash dividend (from $2.98 to $3.28 per common share). The increase will be effective starting with the fourth-quarter dividend of $0.82 per common share, which was declared today, and is payable on December 7, 2018, out of surplus to shareowners of record at the close of business on November 16, 2018.
