Ken West
President and CEO, Process Technology
Ken West is President and CEO of Process Technology, part of Honeywell Technologies Process Automation and Technology (PA&T) business. In this role, he leads a global organization that provides process technologies, engineering solutions, differentiated equipment and connected digital capabilities that help customers improve efficiency, reliability and safety while supporting responsible energy expansion, emissions reduction and the circular economy.
Ken has held several roles of increasing responsibility within Honeywell Technologies since joining the company in 2018. Most recently, he served as President of Honeywell Technologies UOP, where he led a business at the forefront of process technology innovation addressing global energy challenges. Previously, he served as President of Honeywell Technologies Advanced Materials, where he oversaw a portfolio spanning high-performance low-global-warming-potential refrigerants, polymers, fibers and high purity chemicals. Across these roles, he has built a strong track record of helping customers navigate complex energy, sustainability and industrial transformation priorities.
Prior to Honeywell Technologies, Ken worked for PPG Industries, where he served as vice president for PPG’s Global Packaging Coatings business and director of specialty products for PPG’s Architectural Coatings business. His broader experience across industrial markets has shaped a leadership approach grounded in practical execution, customer partnership and the belief that technology can help hard-to-abate sectors improve long-term performance while reducing complexity, waste and emissions.
Ken earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
