    Anne T. Madden

    Anne T. Madden is Senior Vice President, Portfolio Transformation and Senior Advisor for Honeywell.

    She is responsible for leading Honeywell’s portfolio transformation as the company spins off its Aerospace Technologies and Solstice Advanced Materials businesses to create three publicly listed industry leaders. Anne also oversees our global M&A efforts as Honeywell further accelerates its efforts to optimize its portfolio.

    Before transitioning in 2025, Anne spent eight years as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Honeywell. In this role, Anne managed a wide array of responsibilities, including legal affairs, government relations, health, safety, environment, product stewardship, global security, as well as overseeing global M&A and venture capital efforts.

    Prior to her tenure as SVP and General Counsel, Anne dedicated sixteen years leading Honeywell’s acquisition and divestiture activities as Vice President, Corporate Development and Global Head of M&A. During this period, Honeywell successfully executed around 100 acquisitions, generating approximately $15 billion in revenues, and divested about 70 businesses, representing close to $9 billion of non-core revenues.

    Anne joined Honeywell’s predecessor AlliedSignal in 1996 as General Counsel of Fluorine Products. Later that year she became Vice President and General Counsel of Specialty Chemicals, and then Vice President, Deputy General Counsel of Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT).

    Prior to that, Anne worked at Shearman & Sterling and KPMG Peat Marwick.

    Anne earned an A.B. in English and American literature from Brown University, an M.S. in accounting and MBA in finance from the NYU Stern School of Business, and a J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law, where she was Managing Editor of the Law Review.

    Anne serves on the Quantinuum Board of Directors supporting Honeywell’s quantum computing subsidiary and also serves on the GE HealthCare Board of Directors.
