LenelS2 has identified unauthorized access to a portion of its network, which houses NetBox support infrastructure and information related to the operations of the business formerly known as S2 Security. Upon detection, we promptly launched an investigation and took steps to address the incident. We have taken steps to promptly secure all impacted systems. Customers may have experienced a temporary disruption to our NetBox and Cumulus services. All critical services have now been restored.

Our investigation is ongoing, and we are in contact with relevant law enforcement authorities.

Security continues to be a top priority, and we are committed to taking all appropriate measures to ensure the highest integrity of our systems.
