National Industries for the Blind (NIB) is the nation’s largest employment resource for people who are blind. The organization selected systems integrator, MidPoint Technology Group, to provide unified security for its newly constructed headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia.

MidPoint installed LenelS2 NetBox™ access control and NetVR™ video management, controlling access to 30 doors and managing 35 cameras. NIB and a building tenant required separate lobbies and elevators, so MidPoint utilized the NetBox API to implement destination dispatch Otis elevator controls. NIB manages and monitors security using the Magic Monitor® unified client.
