Northwestern Ohio Security Systems, Inc. Unifies Security for Westfield Group

Founded in 1848, Westfield Group provides insurance for farm businesses and also offers personal insurance, commercial insurance and surety products. The main campus located in Westfield Center, Ohio, also includes the Blair Conference Center, Westfield Bank, Westfield Inn and Westfield Country Club.

Westfield Group brought in systems integrator, Northwestern Ohio Security Systems, Inc. (NWOSS), to integrate security systems campus wide. NWOSS deployed a solution featuring LenelS2 NetBox™ access control, integrated with Milestone video management, turnstiles and other systems. Data from the existing PeopleSoft employee database populates the NetBox system, eliminating the need for manual entry. A three-zone approach to access control allows the Westfield security team to more easily manage different access levels for guests and employees.
